With a diagnostic we find out what is wrong with your electric bicycle and what not. Once we know, we are able to give you a quote within the ballpark for the complete repair. If you decide to go thru with the repair, the base fee for the diagnostic becomes part of the total repair cost. If you decide the cost of the repair or the parts is not worth the bike, you still owe us the cost of the diagnostic. Kind of reasonable right?

On third party products, where we do not have a relationship with the manufacturer, we do not have the capacity to spend time on the unknown. We will give you all the info on the parts though. This will help you to order the parts from the manufacturer or place you purchased the bike from. Once we get the parts, we finish the job.
